Personal Information Update assignment

Before we go any further with the course, you need to update your Canvas profile. I must have the correct email information for you so I can send announcements and other important course information to you immediately please do the following:

Click on your user account in the upper left hand corner of this screen.
Click on the Settings area.
Edit the Ways to Contact settings on the left side of the screen. NOTE: Your name and correct email address are required. All other fields are optional.
Scroll down and add any other methods of communication you desire (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) NOTE: This is OPTIONAL!
Scroll down and check your approved integrations. NOTE: This is the area where you allow access to Canvas from your tablet or smart phone. If you don't have one or haven't set this up yet, then you won't see anything here.
Please add a picture of yourself to your Settings to help personalize your course experience.
Next, click the Notifications area.
Invitations are REQUIRED to be set to ASAP. I suggest leaving all others at the default or dialing them down to Daily or ASAP until you get used to the communication methods used by Canvas.
After you have completed items 1-8 above, use the snipping tool OR the PrintScreen key to capture a screen shot of your Canvas settings page. Save the result as either a .png, .jpeg, .bmp, or .gif file. Complete the survey on the Syllabus/Schedule tab when you get to that point.
